SAVE THE DATE!!! Our wedding will be held at the First Baptist Church on Novemeber 8, 2008 at 6pm. First Baptist Church, 133 N. Church Street, Asheboro, the church is across the street from Central Bakery. There will be a nursery provided for younger children in order to keep the background noise low for our wedding video. There is also an upstairs balcony for seating. The reception will be directly following the ceremony. The colors are copper, chocolate and peacock teal. We can't wait for this special day to start the rest of our lives and for all of our family and friends to be part of it.

Directly after the wedding please go straight to the reception. It should take you around 25 minutes. It's located at The Centennial Station, 121 South Centennial Street, High Point, NC. www.thecentennialstation.com It's a train depot that was built in 1904 that has been remodeled. Directions: Take 220 to exit Hwy 311 High Point / Randleman, at the top of the ramp take a left on 311 towards High Point, take a right at Centennial Street (beside Marsh Cabinets), go straight through a 4 way stop, go straight through 3 stoplights, take a right on Depot Place, the station will be on your left, marked with a sign or balloons (it's a large building that is green). We will have several of our favorite foods buffet style. There will be a D.J. to provide music for the dancefloor. Beer and wine are provided, all other drinks are cash bar. Our wedding cake will be yellow cake with rich butter cream, provided by Cindy Ingold.

There are 10 rooms held for Friday, Nov. 7th and 10 rooms for Saturday, Nov. 8th at the Radisson Downtown High Point City Center. They are listed under the Rush/Graves Wedding. You may call their national reservations center at 1-800-333-3333 or to the hotel direct at 336-889-8888. The rate is $85.00 a night. There will be a free van shuttle from Centennial Station to the Radisson. It's also in walking distance if you choose (about 4 blocks). They could only hold 10 rooms because of two other conferences. Rooms are only on guaranteed hold until Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Please make your reservations early. Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 pm.

There are 15 rooms held for Friday, Nov. 7th and Saturday, Nov.8th at the Hampton Inn, 1137 E Dixie Drive, Asheboro. You can reserve your room now (King bed or 2 Double rooms). 336-625-9000. The rooms will be held until October 24, 2008, after that date it's first come first serve. We have a special rate of $62.00 a night but that is only on the rooms that are reserved for the event. They are listed under the Rush / Graves Wedding. You will have to have transportation to the reception in High Point. If you call and all of the rooms are taken please let me know and I will let them know we need more.
